The tradition of classic Vitovska now takes on, on the label that retains its black background, the name "origin," the starting point, the first principle. From here, everything began with the native grape variety in the vineyard and the wood in the cellar. From here, everything continues the same way for the winery, which has now surpassed its first dozen years of activity. The harvest takes place on September 19th and 20th. Maceration lasts fifteen days in the vats, and the aging continues in wood.
