Truth
Rough, rugged, difficult. In a word, true.
The land of stone and wind, of strong and vigorous nature. The land of dreamy seasons and clear, crisp air.
Inside, the Karst is in the cellar.
Made of stone, part of an ancient house that bears witness to the long history of this area, the cellar is a jealously protected corner of nature, an ecosystem that naturally creates the ideal conditions for nature to find its home.

Wisdom
Exterior and interior are seamless.
The vineyard is framed by the Karst, the vine grows amidst nature.
The cellar, too, is framed by the Karst, the wine matures in the same environment. It is the central element of a universe, which on the outside is awash with energy, lashed by the bora wind that moves life. The wine breathes the finest air. The vineyard is the book of ancient wisdom for those who love the land.

Balance
No more.
Each hectare grows just over ten thousand plants. Each plant yields half a kilogram of grapes.
Nature knows its balance; man listens to understand the language of the land. Rain waters the vines, and no further irrigation is needed. Fertilizers, insecticides, or fungicides are not necessary, because the land demands hard work, attention, and experience, but it repays. The process is born of natural imperfection; the hand of man must accommodate, not modify. The grapes that enter the cellar are prepared for long, slow macerations, which gradually restore what nature has created over time.
What nature has given to the vineyard now belongs to the grape and goes into the wine.

Waiting
The temperature is naturally constant.
No filters or refrigeration are needed; wine is born in the most natural way, finding its ideal container in the amphora, the fundamental element of winemaking.
Wine expresses itself best when stored underground in terracotta, at a constant temperature for five to seven months. It will then spend two years in the large barrel, because time is not rushed.
It's a natural wait, like a mother's for her child. It's the most beautiful occasion, because the pleasure lies in knowing how to wait.

Respect
History cannot be forgotten.
Today's company is the heir of a farming family, always deeply connected to its land. Passion is rooted in an awareness of what one is. Today, it expresses a rich historical heritage with just one wine—Vitovska, the wine of the Karst. The path is one and already mapped out; the choice to follow it is the most obvious. It is the choice of a life connected to nature, listening to the land and its rhythms. Nothing can be forced; wisdom lies in waiting for the right time. It is the path of naturalness, of respect for life. Wine is born in its microcosm; it is the mirror of nature.
The Karst outside is found in the bottle.
