Solo MM17 2019
On September 28th, the harvest of the selected grape varieties, which will express an elegant refinement in their wines, is concentrated. The process involves leaving the grapes on the skins for a period of six months, without temperature control but with repeated daily punching down of the cap during the initial phase. After traditional pressing, the grapes are transferred to large barrels to develop.
