From the rocky vineyard that embodies the most authentic essence of the Karst, a prized selection is harvested on September 22nd and 23rd. Hand-picked, the bunches are offered to the hands: the grapes, destemmed and crushed, will ferment for six months with the skins to develop the character that makes the label unique.
