A small terracotta-colored "T" on the label reveals its uniqueness: this Vitovska is entirely grown in amphora. Harvested on September 17th from a single vineyard, jealously guarded in the rounded shape of the capacious Georgian vessel since maceration on the skins for six months, it continues to age there for thirty months, successfully challenging the prejudices about aging in amphora and revealing, indeed, its extraordinary resources.
