Vitovska 1998
The 1998 Vitovska marks the beginning of a careful study of maceration, a process undertaken to explore development possibilities and seek the perfect balance. Maceration is already one of the distinguishing features of Vodopivec's Vitovska. The grapes, harvested on October 6th, are left to macerate for a week. A year of barrel aging leads to bottling.
