In a magnificent, warm, and dry year, the first page in the history of Vitovska di Vodopivec begins to be written.

The first bottle is made from small quantities of grapes harvested from family vineyards on October 4th, ripened thanks to a season of breathtaking beauty. The wine undergoes brief contact with the skins before maturing in six barriques. From each of these, it is then bottled separately, and the bottles are placed, one per barrique, to form cases of six, almost as if offering not one, but six wines.
