Vitovska 2016
The harvest on September 24th and 25th yields a triumph of characterful bunches: it's the perfect precursor to a wine with a delicate and intriguing texture, refined and elegant. The grapes macerate for six months on their skins in Georgian amphorae. Fermentation brings the grapes to full maturity before aging.
