Vitovska 2013
The harvest takes place over two days, September 27th and 28th: the hand-picked grapes, severely damaged by the dry heat of July and August, are placed in crates. The destemmed and crushed grapes are then placed in Georgian amphorae for twelve months to undergo fermentation and maceration, transforming the wine into a product of the vintage's dry climate.
