Vitovska 2005
For the first time in Vodopivec's history, the grape maceration takes place in a Georgian terracotta amphora, the quintessential vessel that magnificently captures everything the vine has painstakingly synthesized throughout the year and can now finally express. The small terracotta-colored graphic mark on the label identifies the amphora's use. The harvest takes place over three days, from September 24th to 26th. Maceration in the amphora lasts six months to bring out the grapes' full potential.
