The uniqueness of this vintage also gives rise to the Solo MM9, the fruit of a single vineyard rooted in the sparse soil of a very rocky and—only seemingly—hostile area. All the peculiarities of the vineyard and its terroir are expressed on the label. Harvested on September 20th, the grapes macerate on the skins for six months in Georgian amphorae.
It will then be aged in wood.
