Young and vigorous, they fit perfectly into the Karst region, like a tailor-made suit. They are the best suited to allow the language of this land to find the truest words to express itself. Thus, a new awareness is developing, and reflection leads to extending the wine's aging period, bringing it to two years, after seven days of maceration on the skins.
