Vitovska 2002
The vintage—as we will see later—offers man the opportunity to understand the limits of time. How long should maceration in wood be prolonged? This is the question we must now attempt to answer. Ten days last for the 2002 label, and man, listening to what nature has offered the vineyard and now belongs to the wine, understands. Time must become perfect in its finiteness and find the right alchemy for the best result. The harvest of September 28th and 29th, after the longest maceration, is bottled after over two years of aging.
