Vitovska 2007
With a hint of anxiety due to the seasonal unrest, the harvest begins on August 29th and 30th and, after a day's rest, in the first two days of September. The limited harvest becomes a stronger incentive to work, as the wine suggests, from the first tastings, that it will arouse interest. Maceration takes place in amphorae for six months, and the wine ages in wood for thirty months.
