Six months of maceration in amphorae allow the grapes harvested on September 16th and 17th to express their full potential. The label brings together grapes from different vineyards, naturally blending the characteristics of the terroir. A perfect blend that, after twenty-four months of aging in wood, brings to the bottle every image and aroma of the Karst.
