Origine 2012
Marked, like the parched earth, by a hot, dry, and windy summer, the harvest takes place on September 22nd and 23rd, finding relief in surprisingly moderate days. The harvested grapes are left to macerate in large wooden vats for fifteen days, in preparation for three years of aging in barrels.
