Solo MM15 2015
From the rocky soil of the vineyard that encloses, like a precious treasure chest, the native Carso grape, the bush-trained vines generously yield to the harvest on September 19th. The bunches, ripened during months of warm, dry weather and the tranquility of the first weeks of September, are ready for fermentation and maceration on the skins for twelve months, followed by traditional pressing.
